My, my, my! If you're a preacher's wife, especially of a smaller church, I think you'll find this year-long planner to be amazing. There are so many helps contained in this little 5 x 8" spiral notebook that you'll easily stay on top of things in your family, church, home, and even your spiritual life.

To begin with, there are 12 months worth of blank calendars in the very front of the book. Since you fill in the months, you can start using this calendar at any point in the year. Next comes page after page of lists, record-keeping resources, planning pages, and more.

If you enjoy being organized, you'll love that just about anything and everything can be contained in this one spot. There's so much the author has included, I'll only be giving you the tip of the iceberg below.

You'll find pages to keep names and contact information for:

• Church leaders and church workers
• Church business contacts and home business contacts
• Hospitals and nursing home
• Preacher, Evangelist, and Speaker contacts
• Church visitors and visits you have made

You can keep up-to-date on weddings, funerals, baby showers, graduations, and such that take place in the church. There's even a spot to check off when you've sent a card or given a gift.

There are pages to keep birthdates and other notes about the ladies in the women's ministry, the missionaries your church supports, and even your friends and family. And speaking of gifts, there's even a section to keep track of the clothing needs and other wishes for each of your family members, whether you're shopping for birthdays or Christmas or find special deals at the store.

For church, there is a place for jotting down sermon notes and prayer requests, as well as any verses you'd like to memorize. There's even a two-page spread for you to write out the church's prayer chain. Oh, and of course you'll find a place to add the names of ladies who are willing to help with meals for the sick or needy.

For the home, there is a place to jot down menu plans and grocery needs. There are to-do pages for each week of the year, as well as a place for setting hourly, daily, weekly, and quarterly schedules. Chores can be planned out for each family member. There are homeschool planning pages and checklists. You'll even find a section for the family budget!

Like I said, this is only the tip of the iceberg! There are no page numbers in the planner, but I would estimate there are over 200 pages front and back. Because of its compact size, it can easily fit into a large purse or tote bag. I can see how this book could continue to be extremely useful even after the year's worth of calendars are used up! Preacher's wives, if you are constantly juggling family, home, and church, this could be an invaluable tool.
