Lake Michigan College is a two-year community college serving a diverse student population of approximately 5,000 annually. LMC offers associate degrees, certificates, and a baccalaureate degree. Three southwest Michigan campuses are located in Benton Harbor, Niles and South Haven with an additional location in Allegan.
The main campus in Benton Harbor is also home to the Hanson Technology Center, a commercial teaching winery, Beckwith Residence Hall, and The Mendel Center, a 1,500 seat performing arts theater and conference and events center. Many community events are hosted in the Mendel Center’s 14,400-square-foot Grand Upton Hall.
LMC specializes in Health Science, Manufacturing Technology, Hospitality and Culinary, Wine & Viticulture Technology, Music, Education, Business, Computer Information Systems, and associate degree programs that transfer easily to four-year colleges and universities.

At approximately $100 per credit, Lake Michigan College offers one of the most affordable tuition rates in the state of Michigan. More than 100 private scholarships are available to students in addition to Federal financial aid and grants.
