Charlotte Mason Preschool and Fun with Literature Kits

/ / Blog, Schoolhouse Teachers

One of our newest classes on SchoolhouseTeachers.com is Brittney Jordan’s Charlotte Mason Preschooling class. Each month, she will bring suggested activities based on nature study, living books, handicrafts, fine arts, and occasionally early academics. January’s theme takes a look at exploring snow and ice in a fun and purposeful way. We’ll start a nature journal, try finger knitting, have fun freezing water, and so much more!

And speaking of snow and ice, it’s time to explore the state of Alaska with Marla Schultz’s new Literature Kit based on The Year of Miss Agnes by Kirkpatrick Hill. Join Marla as she helps us discover the sights and sounds of Alaska, from peculiar animals to Salmon Tea Sandwiches!
