/ / Blog, Schoolhouse Teachers

The teachers here at SchoolhouseTeachers.com are passionate about what they are sharing with students. They have a love for learning and want to help students learn themselves. Joey Hajda is one such teacher. His course, Friendly Chemistry, is geared toward middle school and high school students and begins with an introduction to chemistry. He then discusses atoms, electrons, quantum mechanics, and ions. He makes chemistry fun and friendly so that students will be engaged. There are 12 lessons, and high school students can receive a half credit if all of the work is completed. Another wonderful chemistry course is Chemistry: All Things Matter. This course, taught by Anna Crisostomo, discusses solids, liquids, and gasses, along with reactions and acids and bases. It is geared toward elementary and middle school students and has 12 weeks’ worth of lesson. Middle school and high school students can also take Physics with Jim Mueller. Eighteen lessons teach the concepts of gravity, friction, velocity, acceleration, Newton’s Laws, electricity, and magnetism. Jim incorporates fun experiments and humor into his lessons. Students are sure to enjoy this course and learn a lot in the process.
