Explore Creation

/ / Blog, Schoolhouse Teachers

Though the cold weather is upon us, kids can still explore our wonderful creation. The entire family can join Erin Dean for her Nature/Outdoors course. There are 14 separate units with most lessons including two tracks such as bears and ants or evergreens and sand. Erin shares informative websites, encourages nature journaling, and provides great hands-on activities. Whether you want to venture outdoors or stay inside where it is warm, everyone can learn. Students in eighth grade through seniors in high school can continue the creation discussion with Ruth Sundeen’s Biology course. Creation versus evolution is the topic for the month of December. Because of her own experience related to the creation/evolution debate, Ruth has a heart to share her knowledge so that students entering college can know the truth and stand strong in their beliefs. Throughout this year-long course, Ruth provides hands-on activities, microscope instruction, easy labs, and quizzes.
