Calvary University

Calvary is located centrally in the Midwest, less than thirty minutes from downtown Kansas City, Missouri, and we also offer courses online wherever you are located. Our mission is “…to prepare Christians to live and serve in the church and in the world according to a biblical worldview…” The Bible is foundational in every class we offer, and we aren’t simply integrating the Bible into our classes, rather we recognize the biblical basis for any discipline we teach.

In a recent report by LendEDU, Calvary was ranked #26 out of 1,300 colleges for the lowest student loan debt per borrower. The report indicated that Calvary graduates are finishing school with a relatively very low amount of student debt. According to College Board, the average student at an in-state public school should expect to pay about $19,548 this year. And, the average student at a private nonprofit should expect to spend about $43,921 this year. Average total cost of attending Calvary is less than $16,000 per year, including tuition, fees, and room and board, keeping Calvary students’ costs well below even in-state public schools. Calvary has sought to keep tuition and other expenses as low as possible, and Calvary’s generous scholarship programs and Study Work Program have also contributed to helping students minimize student debt.
