She then discusses the rise and fall of Rome, the spread of Christianity, and the history of the church. This class spans 29 weeks, just shy of a full school year, but includes an abundance of reading assignments from a variety of resources along with videos to watch, art to appreciate, music to listen to, and other activities for the whole family. One of our newest history courses is Imperial Russia. This full-year study of the roots of Russia, taught by Carol Reynolds (Professor Carol), is suitable for students in grades 8-12. Reading assignments from a recommended text, video lectures, vocabulary, classic art, geography, Cyrllic, and quizzes (complete with answers keys) are components of this extraordinary history course.
