History isn’t just for high schoolers and adults. Get children started early with a love for history with ABC with Me under the Dailies tab. While little ones learn their letters, they can learn the stories of some famous historical figures with hands-on activities, picture books, and various internet activities. This month children will learn about Samuel Morse, Robert E. Lee, Thomas Jefferson, and Ulysses S. Grant. They can also join Sharon Gibson for Hands-On History. This course is designed as a monthly unit study with literature, Bible, crafts, art appreciation, and more. This class is only available for a limited time, so be sure you make it through all the lessons before it is gone. Some of the units include: the Separatists, the voyage on the Mayflower, Thanksgiving with the Pilgrims, and Puritan Christmas traditions.
